Pet Policy:

o   No more than two pets are allowed per home.

o   Pets exceeding 50 pounds are not permitted without HEM’s prior written approval. Certain dog breeds are not permitted, including: Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, and any mix containing one of these breeds.

o   A non-refundable pet fee will be charged if the application is accepted.

o   A monthly pet rent in addition to the monthly rent will be charged per pet.

o   Assistance (including support) animals for persons with medical disabilities are not considered to be pets and are not subject to the above pet restrictions. HEM must have prior written approval and may require additional information for assistance animals.

o   Livestock or poisonous, or exotic animals are not permitted.

o   Aquariums may be permitted, subject to a 20-gallon maximum with HEM's prior written approval.
